Class Offerings:

Power Vinyasa 75 Minutes:

Our Signature Class! Heated above 92 degrees & offers a creative flow which will give opportunities for all levels of yogi to challenge their body and mind. Bring a mat, towel and water, you will want all three!

Fusion:

This heated class has a bit of everything…weights, resistance bands, pilates inspired movements and just the right amount of yoga throughout to keep you flexible through a heated workout. A nice cool down is offered with hip work and a savasana (rest) at the end!

Power Hour 60 Minutes:

A compacted version of Power Vinyasa which has lots of flows and opportunity to get your heart rate up, strengthen and stretch! Best option for those who need to get in and out. Class is heated above 92 degrees.

Power 50:

Offered only early mornings, designed to make you sweat and flow for 45 minutes, leaving a few minutes for hip stretches and a savasana before you start your day. Class is heated above 92 degrees.

Strong & Steady:

This class will have longer pose holds with a slower paced flow but still challenging for all levels. This offering is ideal for newer yogis, people who are building strength on their mat and those who want a recovery day. Class is heated above 92 degree.
